Capacitor products, often referred to as 'condensers', are typically classified and named based on the dielectric material they contain. Common dielectric materials include Aluminum Electrolytic and Ceramic, among others. The selection of dielectric material, in addition to variations in construction methods, significantly impacts factors such as the device's cost, size, parametric stability, and its suitability for specific applications.
